Táin Trail Guided Tours
We've led over 150 mature cyclists along the stunning 14km Carlingford to Omeath route since 2022. Our guided tours combine gentle cycling with local history stories, heritage site stops, and refreshment breaks at welcoming cafés along the way.

Created custom cycling routes for 47 individual cyclists in 2023-2024, tailored to fitness levels and preferences. From gentle 8km loops to more ambitious 25km explorations across County Louth's flattest terrain.

Skills & Confidence Workshops
Delivered 8 practical cycling skills sessions with 62 participants across Carlingford and Omeath. Focused on balance techniques, safe handling, and building confidence for riders returning to cycling or tackling new terrain.

Weekly Community Rides
Established and now run 3 regular weekly cycling groups meeting in Carlingford, Omeath, and Dundalk. These social rides have built friendships amongst 80+ active seniors, with rotating routes ranging from 10-18km on completely flat paths.
